hands-on builder
I enjoy building. I am not going to send a crew onto the job, then disappear, but rather, give your project personal attention. On larger projects, I will engage subcontractors with the expertise in their areas such as electric, plumbing, and roofing. I offer the services listed below. I can help you plan, design, and estimate costs, and explore cost-alternatives before we even pick up a hammer.
Garages, small additions
Need a shop, somewhere to park the garage or boat, or simply more storage? How about a porch addition?
Porches, decks, sunrooms and outdoor living
New decks call for modern building methods and care to meet modern codes. I’ll help you design and build. In need of repair? I can do that too. How about an outdoor shower? Or a pergola?
Custom cabinets, shelves & built-ins
I can outfit your closet or build you a wall of shelves. Built ins. Pantry. Office cabinets.
Fencing
It seems like after Hurricane Florence, all I built was fences. We’re all caught up. Don’t want a gate that sags and has to be pried open? I’ll build it to last.
Interior remodeling
Sadly, hot humid weather and wood don’t always mix. I’m able to repair your rotted porch, trim, and other damaged structures.
