We expanded and renovated narrow laundry room, extending it into the spacious carport.
Ducharme & Sons designed the renovation, drew the plans, got permits. Then we got to work. We also coordinated the electrical, plumbing, and insulation subcontractors.

The renovation wasn’t complete without the addition of a doorway for the dog to get in and out without tracking dirt into the house.
The interior space was efficiently laid out in construction plans. Stairway and landing lead from house into laundry room addition.
