This historic Wilmington home suffered from warped porch boards, a rotten stair, and rotten post. I jacked up the porch, replaced the rotted post sections, and replaced the porch boards. Each board was painted on all 4 sides to reduce swelling and inhibit decay. Both the client and historic commission were happy.
The stairs were also rotten. I rebuilt and attached railing securely, and brought rise and run of stair up to code.
