And while we were at it, the tired deck in the back got a new lease on life.
The rear deck suffered from some rotten deck boards and rotten joists. In lieu of a complete expensive rebuild, we selectively removed the problem deck boards, inspected and repaired the structure, and installed new decking to replace the old.
