Bathroom remodel
Completed gut renovation of bathroom of house in Wilmington Historic District. Repaired floor, prepped for tile, installed corner shower unit and all bathroom fixtures. Also finished and repaired walls. Bathroom is like brand new. Very tight space, thus the close cropped pictures.
Intracoastal dock railings & repair
This dock and gangway had suffered damage from Hurricane Florence. I replaced all the railings, bolted to the dock structure. The top rail was a nice treated 5/4 x 6 pine that will resist warping and twisting. All fasteners were hot-dipped galvanized or stainless steel so as to resist corrosion.
